Grinder Jacked is a 12 week training and nutrition program designed to help you build maximum muscle. If you don’t look like you lift before you start this program you will with 1 to 2 rounds of Grinder Jacked. Get ready for strangers to ask you “how much ya bench?” If you’re a big, but smooth, somewhat pudgy lifter than this program will be just what you need to standout. The Grinder Jacked program has three phases. Each phase should run for 4 weeks. Phase 1 is the Anatomical Adaptation Phase. It is during this phase that participants will prepare their body for the demands of hypertrophy training. The Anatomical Adaptation phase of any training program is the foundation on which the other phases of training are based.
