Grinder Swole Phase 2 is a Hybrid Strength & Hypertrophy training program. Hypertrophy training is the use of various training methods with the specific intention to trigger muscle hypertrophy (growth). Although participants in these programs may see significant increases in strength and sports performance using one of our hypertrophy training programs, this is not a specialized strength and conditioning program. However, it is very common to use hypertrophy training programs between strength training phases or as part of an athletic off season.
